Make sure the large plug on the left side of the throttle body is plugged in all the way... maybe you screwed that up with the pushrod thing? I've thrown ALL of those codes and more, starting a bike with the big plug detached.

I thought the same. Double checked the plug and even cleaned the contacts with contact cleaner. Cleared the codes and after startup the problem was still there. Light came back on and threw the codes. Any other advise?

Just a little FYI, a friend of mine had similar problems, bike ran like crap, missing, setting throttle, O2 sensor codes, he was running the PC-V also, another friend suggested he un-hook the PC-V, he tried it and BAM bike ran like a charm, it's worth a shot, what have you got to lose. That's why I suggested un-hooking it.

I disconnected the ECM and the PCV. Also reloaded the FuelMoto map into the PCV, cleaned the conections with contact cleaner, cleared all the codes, restarted and rode a block and hear comes the light, codes and limited performance mode once again. Here are the codes 1510, 2127, 2138. All associated with twist grip codes. Hope the dealer covers it under warranty!

Hopefully they will cover it for you, sounds maybe like a bad throttle actuator, being an automotive tech I've seen a bunch of TBW cars with this same problem, last one I diagnosed was a Nissan Maxima, new Throttle Body was a little over $1200.00 from the dealer (OUCH)....Thankfully for the customer it was still covered under warranty!....Hope it works out in your favor and dealer covers it or is able to fix your problem.

Can't tell by what you said above but did you disconnect/remove the PC-V, connect the O2's and run it like it was still stock?

I haven't rode it without the PCV. I guess I'll try that next. As far as the 02 sensors they are not connected being I'm running an 09 headpipe w/o Cat. The 02's have been eliminated are not needed with the PCV in my setup according to Keith at FM.

Does the PVC or ECM have any thing to do with the Twist Grip Sensor?

Try removing the PCV first and see if the codes are there. Both the electronic throttle and twist grip sensor wires run through the PCV.

To the OP, I went through the same thing as you on these last few posts. I kept going into limp mode and three of the codes were due to throttle issues. I was running a PCV as well. Did the whole di-electric grease thing. I never did try to run back to stock without the PCV due to the fact that I had the bike in for inspection. While it was there, they did the brake switch recall. I talked to them about my issues and of course they said the PCV was the culprit. After they checked the codes, and found the throttle sensor issues, they reflashed my ECM for free. According to them, MOCO knows about the TBW issues, and are apparently in "document it " mode. I can't say whether or not the reflash solved the problem due to the fact that I upgraded cams and went with a SEPRT soon after.
