Using the extra plate and friction clutch kit did you have to leave off the concave spacer that is with the stock clutch pack.
i replaced my clutch with the BDL extra plate kit BTXP-14 and it seems to thick, I did reuse the concave spacer that is stock.
The BDL kit came with no instructions and I went with what the manual said.

The bike is a 06 RK, 88" 5 speed.

I just put the Barnett spring conversion w/ there clutch plate set in my 05 flht. last weekend. Not many miles on it, can tell you went w/ the lightest springs can deffinatly feel the difference. Clutch feels that is better grip or performance. Good luck hope you enjoy I feel confident I made a good choice.

Default Another vote for Energy One

Just installed the Energy One and a SE Compensator. Couldn't be happier. The clutch pack was the BTX-14.

Sounds like this is the Energy One kit with that part number. Yes you must remove the judder spring and plate.

I finally got the insttructions from Energy One, should have been in box with kit IMO. Got it all sorted out now and took it on a shakedown run, so far so good.

I am running the Barnett Co Spring conversion with Green Springs which are I think 82lbs per spring at 1" and just orders the Alto Carbonite Clutch....little known fact. The Alto clutch has a lifetime warranty thru the manufacturer and it is USA made. The company is based in Atmore Al. Alto makes clutches and fibers to most anything I have Alto Red Eagles I. My C4 race trans of my Mustang and if those hold 900 flywheel up the. They are good enough for 100hp/110 lbs tq!!!

I've ordered the Alto Carbonite Hi-Performance Powerpak Kit #095750NC and the Barnett Spring conversion kit #511-30-10004. This should get me in the area of the SE clutch hub kit #37976-08A, which is good up to 160ft-lbs per the HD website.

The Alto Carbonite Kit has 10 fictions and 9 steels, so there is some added surface there about 10%.
In reference, the SE Performance Clutch Friction Disc Kit 37980-10, has 9 frictions, 8 steels, a SE heavy spring and is also an OEM replaceable kit.
I bought a Barnett 511-30-10004 for my '13 Ultra Limited. Are the '15 clutches different than the '13s? Cuz mine won't fit.

I'm also on board with ALTO Carbonite #095750NC, they are made in USA with life time warranty, its very difficult to find a better clutch IMHO. ALTO is in business for over 50 years.... They claim their Carbonite clutch is the best. Also installed Pink Stripe clutch spring providing 18% increase in pressure over stock spring. This set up is used in many Police bikes and hold up very well under extreme conditions.
