I started wearing them not only to cut down on fatigue caused by wind noise but i saw a good mechanic stick some in before a test ride.......he said he can better distiguish noises with them in. I tried and I think hes right.

Not for me, but the girlfriend does. I just take a handful of the expandable foam ones from work and keep in the tour pak now.

All the time. I can hear the stereo better when I have them in too. Sounds strange, but it's true.

I should but don't. I like hearing the rumble. Hope I can still hear it when I'm 70.

I have no problem hearing the rumble with plugs in. You can still hear everything thats going on around you. It just takes on a different tone.

Not around town. Wear them on the Heritage and the Street Glide if I'm gonna be on the highway. Like the engine noise....block out the wind. Wear a half shell. Hoping the "hear the stereo better" thing works for me...haven't proven it to myself yet.

I wear earplugs. Wind noise bothers me for hours after the ride if I dont wear them.
