If it has and engine I wear ear plugs, Riding, mowing,weedeating, chain saw. As a flightline mechanic they preach hearing protection......I'm a believer

Its like a lot of things i no i should but like to hear whats going on even over the sound of me screemin eagles which are not that bad. Could do with a pair for in the house i hate being told off lol.

Funny, I used to on my Dyna, with the SG I did not until a couple of weeks ago, it was great, I felt it made for a better ride, can hear music & pipes just fine with no wind rush.

If I'm going (or plan to go) over 50ish, I take them & put them in before any leg of the trip where I will be breaking the 50 MPH mark.

As deaf as I am from Harley's, Handguns, and Helicopters, I don't know if it helps anymore, but it won't hurt if I use them.

You can't hear the wind rush because you're going deaf! It is still there, damaging your hearing.

No matter which bike I always use ear plugs. More enjoyable ride and less fatigue
at the end of the day.
