Yes all the time unless I have my full face helmet on.

I change up helmets and windshield configurations about as often as underwear.

With a windshield, on short trips with a half helmet I usually don't.
On longer trips I wear the full face helmet and earplugs.
With no windshield I wear the half helmet sometimes with no earplugs but the wind noise is ridiculous on the highway. I have cheap foam earplugs and they don't stay in at higher speeds that well. If I'm going freeway speeds I usually grab the full face helmet, too.

I don't wear earplugs enough. I'm sure my short trips do more damage than one longer trip...

Always when wearing a half helmet, which is most of the time. I already have tenitis and I'm too old to learn sign language. I use WindTamer ear plugs. I can hear the stereo, pipes and traffic better with them. They just cut that wind noise.

I usually don't for short hops, but for anything over 60 mph or so, I do. I use ear plugs at work, too, so it's a habit for me and not a chore.

Hope is not a good insurance! You really should try a pair, which will cost you a few cents. If you ride any distance, the reduced fatigue and improved hearing are a rich reward for so little investment.

I kinda laughed at the thought when I was 18 and dumb but after about 15 more years of riding I tried em and am hooked now. Even with an MP3 player (at low volume) I can still hear everything I need to hear. Too many people think your a puss if you wear earplugs. If thats the case i guess ill be the old puss in the Veterans Home NOT wearing hearing aids.
