Most of the time I do. The Dr. said that the high pitch of wind noise over extended period of time will destroy your hearing. So anything longer than around town I put in the plugs.

Not in town but on any longer rides, highway etc. Usually wear a half helmet so they make a big difference. If I do a whole day ride without them my ears will ring for hours - and as others have noted you are not as tired at the end of a long day when using them.

I use custom molded that I got at the Seattle MC show, they fit well and I can hear the stereo just fine with them in (of course so can everyone else, if I have trouble hearing it I just turn it up.

Always wear ear plugs. Even if your pipes aren't loud enough to disturb you the wind noise whether with a windshield or not will harm your hearing. Your hearing is a precious sense. We never wore earplugs or muffs around loud machinery when I was young and it has taken its toll.

Don't be a fool. Wear them.

I wear ETY-Plugs (ear plugs). They still allow you to hear everything but are stated to knock 12 decibels off the noise. These have worked very well for me through out the years. As others have stated, I can even hear the tunes more clearly.

Had a custom moulded set made up 8-9 years ago, still fit perfect and never ride without them. They have attenuators that cut out damaging frequencies so you hear your comms and tunes but cut out the harmful wind noise full or open face helmet.

Have them on the bike, but never think to put them in. I'm sure I will regret it someday.

My Grandmother does but that's only after a hard night of partying out on the town.

Just on long rides if I'm wearing a half helmet. Stock, quiet pipes here.
