Default Help Needed.

I have a 2011 FLHR Road King. When I purchased it I was given a 2012 Owners Manual. My question is; does anyone know if my bike uses DOT 4 or DOT 5 brake fluid?? I just want to make sure because I am changing my front brake line and installing 16" Gangster apes??

Thanks..

Starting in 07, all models use DOT 4. It will also state on the cap of your master cylinder what fluid it should take ( from the factory ).
