I guess you need to change the dealer; at least the service!

i have bel-ray 20wt in my 01 EGC. it handles great, no problem with a rough ride, but i'm almost 400 lbs, a lighter rider might have a different experience
30wt is motor oil.. i would say that is reserved for track use only sportbikes..

I have changed it 2 times with SE Heavy....i might go with extra heavy next time....Heavy was pretty good. I might also try Amsoil shock therapy.

the extra heavy is the race. i haven't used it, but from what i hear, it is pretty much stiff as concrete. maybe next time, make a mix of heavy and race before you go all the way.

Yowza 30W would be a stiff ride. I have Amsoil in my forks now, per the Ricor recommendations.
