I've been looking at the Chippewa Super Logger (25410) which are waterproof and insulated. I've read reviews where they are great for cold weather. How are yours in warm weather?

Had a pair of HD w/zipper sides. They are heavy and make my feet hurt.

Got a pair of Doc Martins for Christmas and LOVE them.

www.onlinebootstore.com

Coupons for $10 off and free shipping, topten, FEEDBACK, tencoupon

I have a pair of waterproof Carolina 8821 loggers for 90 shipped. Nice boot. I first got Chippawas but they were too narrow even at 3E width. Loggers run a little narrow.

Doc Martens...$79. Gotta be the most comfortable boot out there IMO.

I have two pairs of HD's Gore-tex boots that I've used for the past 6 years--feet are warm in cold weather, cool in hot weather, and dry when it rains. They're made by Wolverine.

I wear Coastal "Clutch" series boots, water proof with composite toe, they have gell inside the soles itself, not a gell insert, very comfortable and a little pricey at $146, but hey my feet are worth it!....Also wear another pair at work, as a mechanic your on your feet on concrete for 10hrs a day, helps to be comfortable!

Iron Age Boots - I've had these for years and they are crazy comfortable! These are a MAN'S boot as they weigh about 5 pounds each. On sale at Overstock for $99 right now. This boot has a steel toe, steel shank and a composite metatarsal support (across the top of the foot). This is actually a serious work boot, but is great as a biker boot too albeit way overbuilt.
