Boulet harness boot (model 6082), made in Canada. Made to fit North American feet not the Asian foot shape. Leather lined. Not cheap but reasonably priced for what you get.

Chippewa engineers are still a great choice. I wear US made Red Wing loggers, but some guys don't like messing with laces. I like them because you can totally custom fit the boots with as much support as you can stand. I haven't seen a HD branded boot in the last several years that wasn't made in China.

HD Linx, I think, waterproof, lugs, laces and zippers cause I'm lazy. Unfortunately made in China.

I am a fan of the Chippewa Logger style boot. I have their insulated waterproof model for riding and they are 100% waterproof.
