I was quoted $7,000 installed. I'm also putting on new Agitator wheels/ rotors and tires. ($1,900 installed) so the $4500 is approx 1/2 the total bill. Money just evaporates with these things.

Good luck Anthony and keep us posted with pictures!

FWIW, the dealer quoted 7 hrs for the complete swap so, a decent amateur wrench ought be able to do it in a weekend.

We got the 103" out in about 5-6 hrs; took our time and ran into an issue with the rotor. I'll install the Throttle Body and injectors while the engine is on the bench and should have it on the frame by Thursday. My install is easier than Steve's because I already had the ACR wiring and I'm keeping the OEM oilpan.

I agree completely...my Service Manager stated 8.5 hours because I needed the ACR Overlay harness installed at the same time. I spent a ton of time on the harness integrating it into the existing harness. We didn't even discuss the Baker +1.5 oil pan! I can certainly see where it could be done in a weekend, but when I'm doing things like this I go painfully slow. Just ask the wife! ;-)

My TBI arrived from HPI this morning via UPS and my powdercoater called me at work and said all of my stuff was ready to pick up! Dang it...and it's my wife's birthday today! Well...a man has to do what a man has to do! I wonder if she'll forgive me? LOL!

Any way you look at it you're gonna be smiling ear to ear in the very near future! (And I will be also before too long!)

I've decided to keep some things to myself about this upgrade...my wife thinks I'm prepping for the summer riding season!

Hmmmm, might that mean I have the required compensator as I currently have a SE 110"? Might be able to knock off a few bucks.

My SE 58mm came back from HPI this morning...now this is what a TBI should look like!

$150.00 + $13.50 for UPS Brown...sweet!

I don't know about the SE 110" engines...either compensator will fit.
