Default Mustang vs c&c solo seat

I am looking at solo seats for my 06 SG. I have to pick between C&C solo with back rest & mustang with back rest. Does anyone have an opinion on which one is better?

I had both for a '06 RKC.Both are excellent. It's comes down to personal preference. For me the mustang solo w/backrest ended up being the winner for me.

Also if you guys could post some pics of solos on your street glides that would help as well.

Mustang for comfort, C&C for looks, which is more important.

I'll have pics of my C&C solo seat on Tuesday. Smooth vinyl with stitched flames all done in white stitching. Should look pretty sweet on my white SG.

C & C because you cannot get leather in a Mustang.

I had a Mustang on my 06 Heritage and after 1000 miles, I could ride all day. I'm in the same boat now with my 09 SG. I would go to the Mustang again but don't think I want something that is that big.

Is the C and C really that uncomfortable? I like to take long trips and need a seat that won't give me monkey butt.

Had a Mustang Vintage Solo and a Danny Gray "Big Seat" on my 2010 Street Glide. The Mustang was certainly the most comfortable, but Mustangs look great on a Road King, not a Street Glide (IMO). The Big Seat really looked good, but it wasn't an all day seat (maybe 4 hours). The Big Seat looks similar to the C&C, but I can't compare comfort, because I've never even sat on a C&C, although I hear a lot of good things about them.

See attachments - the 2 pics on the left are the Danny Gray "Big Seat", the 2 on the right are the Mustang Vintage Solo
