Well I have been up in the air about painting the nacell. i even found pics of a painted one. My Graphics are going to be black on out fairing and on tank. Speaker covers are black. And my grips have some black in them. I can have it done after. I just dont want to over do the Copper pearl. So I passed now and was told when bike is done he can paint that after and match it.
I saw my stencils for graphics. nothing really special but since I really wanted a 09 CVO road glide. I am having a screaming eagle put on the out fairing (both sides) and just 2012 type pin stripes on the customs. its more or less a factory custom look. But my paint looks awesome. much nicer than the stock Anv copper pearl which it was. Its like deeper and richer looking.

FYI my camera phoone sucks and that paint still looks great. I have some on my camera I will load l8r

Maybe, we will see. I was thinking about putting some chrome on it. Ever since I started looking to buy a Harley i wanted it different from everyone elses Harley. And as I look at the photos. I kinda like it unpainted. Matches speakers, radio and black swithces and black on grips. Maybe i will be trend setter. Much like the color of bike, Its a love or hate color. Some people may agree they like the nacell unpainted

I like the idea of leaving the nacelle black. Nice piece of contrast. Like you said, you can always do it later.

I say paint the gauge bezel and ignition covers. It will stand out once you get the gas tank on.
That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
