I'm having the hogtunes rev series installed on my bike this week. I should have a review for all of you by the end of the week. Installing 2 front speakers in fairing ,amp, and tweeter bar. Here's to hoping I can tell you all it's a good deal! I wanted to use polk audio speakers with rockford amp but I have an 03 classic with 4 ohms speakers and everything seems to be 2 ohms now. So this seems to be an easy match.

Just got bike back tonight. I am so very pleased with sound system! It f'n rocks!!!!!! hogtunes rev series w/ tweeter bar. Oh hell yeah! Havent even turned it up past half way and at 90 mph its crystal clear and loud. Like head turning scarring little old ladies loud. Pez your doing something right.

 

That's impressive. I don't think my bike can go 90 !!

 

Do Hog Tunes speakers come with grilles? I don't see any in the product pictures I've seen. I really don't care for the stock fabric grilles, reminds me of grandma's Magnavox.

Had mine over 100 about a week ago. The front end started feeling... unreliable

 

No grill cover with the rev series but tweeter pod does have a choice of 2 styels

 

I'm having reception issues since my install....cd works great. Anyone else?

 

Call Hogtunes. Known issue with the new amps, and they have tweaked the design. They will swap you out amps, no question asked.

This is the second amp.....starting to wonder if it's just me?

 

The new amps arrived the last week of June. Verify with them the flavor of amp they are sending you.
