Mine came with the Mustang solo and back rest. I never thought I'd use one until I used this one. Will always use it if on longer rides. Very comfortable. Just my 2 cents.

 

Hey Devil dog, Im a Marine too, good to see you on here, I dont have the same bike as you being I rock a RKC but I did want to let you know I also hurt my back in the corps, I didnt complain about it an didnt get it treated the way I should have I def understand the pain you feel.

i bought a Mustang backrest at Daytona last year and havent taken it off since. it was about $130 and install took 10 minutes
