Anybody know the secret password to get these guys to call you back?
I've been trying to get ahold of them since friday morning.

I bought a set of pre wired bars for my 07 & I'm fairly sure they sent me stuff for a 08.

Any of you guys have issues like this with them? This is the 5th set of bars I've done from them, never had a problem before.

 

I've had success via email - may be worth a shot. Good luck...

 

Thats a bummer. I've bought several sets of bars from them with no problems at all. There must be an underline prob some where. Keep tring.

 

Lol....don't mean to laugh at ya, but "the secret password" is dead on. I've delt with them a few times. They are great in everyway........except returning calls. Finally got lucky. They never returned my calls, but at least they answered once.

 

HCC is why I went to directharleyparts.com for my bars & cables ! much better customer service than HCC by far! HCC is located not too far from where I live... gone by their place, stopped and was not impressed at all.

 

I did the same thing. Used hcc for my night train. Went with directharleyparts for my street glide. Way to hard to get in touch with hcc.

 

man, I hope you get everything taken care of. I know people that have had problems with them.

 

Finally got in touch with them today..called from a different phone #

They were very helpfull and are sending me the part I needed. I think this is the 5th set of their bars I have done and never had a problem before.

BUT I NEVER NEEDED A CALL BACK EITHER!!!


Anyway hopefully this is the end of it, thanks for the advice guys.

EDIT: I got the part today (thurs) I think they sent it 2nd day. Pretty good service once I got ahold of them.
