Default FM 107, 777 build, dyno results

I put about 800 miles on my 08 RoadGlide after doing the FM 107 build.I took it to my local dealer yesterday and had it tuned with a SE pro tuner. 100hp 110 tq before tuning,104hp, 114 tq after. I am at work right now and can't post the dyno sheet, I will tonight.

I was hoping for a little more but I must say shee really runs!

Its funny, when it was a 96 I had it tuned after stage 1 exhaust and intake, 74hp, 84 tq.

Two years ago I built it to a 103 with Wood 6-6 cams, 100hp, 110 tq

Now with the 107 104/114. Seems this motor likes to make 10 ft lbs more tq then hp.

Just wierd, anyway I was hoping for a little more but it sure is fun to ride. Now I am debating doing the FM head and throtle body porting or just live with it the way it is?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Doug

Dyno's can vary greatly. At the dealership where my bike was tuned, my stage 1 (canned map) 96" made 62hp/80ft-lb tq. After my 103" build (in sig below but with stock headpipes/slip-ons) it made 97hp/108ft-lb tq. That's an increase of 33%+/25%+ ! Another forum member with a slightly different build than mine made similar #'s at my dealer but had 10/10 more at two other area dyno's. If it runs good, don't look back....

So you did the 107 with the 777 cams and didnt do any head work at all? If that's the case... Those are good #'s but head work would probably give you another 10HP? Tough decision but it would be worth it to me :-) does it ever freakin end? LOL

Those dyno numbers look to be on the money for that build.

104HP/114 Tq is right in there where it should be with stock heads. What exhaust system are your running?

That is the exact build I plan on doing over the winter. Sounds like some good numbers. Although if I already had the 103", I would have stuck in the 777's, got a good tune and let it go at that.
