Default Now I'm Happy with my suspension

Well, I'm finally happy with my shocks. Hated the Harley Air Shocks, repalced them with Progressive 12" 440s. The Progressive were OK but with big bumps or unexpected potholes, had a bone jarring "clunk".
Called Works Performance, they built me a set of 12" Steel Trackers for my weight and riding conditions. WOW, what a difference. These are by far the cadillac of shocks. A little pricy but worth every penny.

About $475. I think they can be found a little less expensive if you don't deal direct. I wanted mine to be correct for my weight and riding style.

The good thing about Works is the shocks are valved for your weight and riding style. These are not "off the shelf".

Thats why I went with them rather than the progressive. Now I just need to wait and see if they were worth it.

i been really thinkin on some works units....Shooter has me hooked up with a Platinum Air set now....my db setup holds air fine til you ride it, even rubs when riding....so tomorrow i'm pullin the rear wheel and checkin the spacers the indy cut for my new wheels cause i aint sure its perfect...it rubs on one side, i'd think it should rub in the middle if it was centered....anyway the db system is comin off and i'll keep thier comp(same as all the rest use) maybe thier valve if it continues to work but the shocks aint stayin on my bike
