Which solo seat is best for a Road King Classic
#22
Very nice combo 07FLHT, looks great together and as a solo set-up. How much did they cost you, if you don't mind?

That looks excellent with the basketweave leather.
I bought a used Corbin classic solo and ended up selling it. My butt was too wide for it, where it curved around to support the legs jammed into my leg badly enough that I hated it after 2-3 hours of riding. I suppose if I had one custom made for me it would've been better but I couldn't stomach the cost of a new one.
I now have a Mustang vintage super solo, it was fine on the one longer trip I've taken. But it doesn't look as nice as the Corbin...

Thanks! All the peices are leather, with the vinyl Ostrich inlays. All the peices, solo seat with backrest, passenger pillion, sissybar pad & fender bib was about a grand as I remember. All & all not too bad for custom work. Super top notch craftmanship! I have gotten more compliments on the seat stuff than any other single upgrade on the bike!

You may want to consider a Mustang Vintage Solo (about $300-325 retail). Add the 13'' passenger pillion (about $200) for wifey and you're all set for either one-up or two-up riding. And the Mustang seats look great on Road Kings.
