I guess not all dealerships are made equal. I bought rear brake pads from my local dealer late in the afternoon. Got home and realized that they made a mistake and gave me the wrong part. The parts manager asked where I lived (about 13 miles from dealer) and said they would be closed before I could get there. He offered to bring the correct part to me, which he did. They are a great example of how a dealer needs to act. Now don't get me wrong, they will charge the hell out of you for service. But I feel confident in them to correct a mess up on thier end. The dealer is BUMPUS in Memphis by the way!

I normally do my own wrenching, but it was the middle of the summer and I am in the a/c business and time was limited.

went to my dealer yesterday to set up a time to get a recall thing done on my sg asked the cute little gal at the service desk how much to install apes on it. she said about 8 hundred just for labor. She then said "if I go online to a site called HDForums.com they would show me how to diy"........ now thats service.
