Default J&M Rokker 500 watt amp

I have had this amp sitting in the box for a month now. I was going to put it in when I put on the painted inner fairing. I already have the 7 1/4" Rokker front speakers with the matt installed in the fairing.
Well the painted inner fairing is on the bike but the amp is still in the box. After changing the inner fairing I got burned out and just wanted to get her back together which I accompolished.
I had a time just trying to put the outer back on with the matt. That's why I have not tried the amp. From those that have done this, am I just being gun shy?

The outer fairing is a simple task. What trouble was it giving you?

Street Glide fairing is a piece of cake, try taking off, better yet putting back on the RG fairing...good God!

king the outer off and putting back on is a piece of cake until I added the foam padding for the Rokker speakers. It is a tight fit and had to relocate the main wiring to the radio so it would not hit the inside of the inner. No problem doing this but with the Rokker 500w amp going in I was wondering if the problem would get worse.
have decided to sell the amp, it is for sale on the classified section. Good deal for a NIB amp.

+1. Even on a lift table it can be a real pain in the ***.
