I assume the bike is fuel injected, Install stage 1 A/Cleaner, a pair of Rush slip on's/ 2" baffle. and correct model of XIED's. IMO. This whole deal about $550 if you do all but ECM reflash/stage 1. Another option is to go with true duals, stage 1 and a self tuning Tuner or a tuner and dyno tune, Est $2000--$2500.
