Default Mirrors with apes

I put on a set of 12" bars and now I am looking for a set of mirrors that don't come up from the handlebars too much. Some people have suggested I mount the mirrors underneath the bars but first I would like to see if I can get something with a short stem. Any ideas or pictures of what your running?

One thing about flipping the stockers is you already have them and they are free! Try it before you spend any money.

Yep, that's the bad thing about going w/apes. You change your handlebars for comfort and your fairing mirriors no longer work as they should. You are extremely limited as far as options are concerned.

I have these from HD with 16" on top of my bars and they work fine. I just can't get use to looking down to see out my mirrows. Sorry, didn't see the sig pic shows better than poste pic.
