I sent a note to Rivco and this was their response:
"Thank you for contacting us here at RIVCO Products, Inc. This stand you will have to dismount the bike in order to use it. I wish that I was able to have been of more assistance however I do not want to give you the wrong impression. "
I'd love to see Wheeldock add adjustable feet to their centerstand.

Wheeldock. Not only is it EZ Up it's EZ to install. One bolt and nut. Took me less than 1 minute. I will say it took me a few tries to fugure out how to stand it up while sitting on it. You can't just stand on the lever and push. You need to push the leg down until you feel BOTH feet firmly in place then add more force and pull back on the bike, and she sits right back on it.

I had the same problem, until I talked to one of their reps at the Lone Star Rally in Galveston, Texas. He said, As you get ready to push down, on the arm to lift the bike, use your left arm and grab the left crash bar, in front of the left saddlebag. As you push down with your leg, pull up on the crash bar and the bike comes right up. I tried this and it works.

I have some fellow riders that had the adjustable legs. They sold them because, after a few times of lifting the bike, the legs come loss. Of course they did not know this until they were ready to lift the bike. Then they would have to re-adjust the legs before they could lift the bike. They said it was to much hassle. They bought the EZ-UP and never looked back. Just FYI.
