Default 2 inches higher than Heritage Style Bars?

I have Heritage Style bars on my 2010 RK Std. What would be a good set of handlebars to get if I wanted to go about 2 inches higher? I am just looking for a fairly simple minor change to keep my back straighter. It would be ideal if I could do this without any cable changes. Thanks for any suggestions - Brent.

No can do higher bars without extending cables, you are already at the max extension with stock cables.

I believe 2 more inches would be 12" bars in which case you need to change out control wires, brake and clutch lines. Have you tried rotating the bars back a bit?

I have not tried to rotate them back, but that may be my next thing to do. I liked the Heritage Style as there was zero changes required to any cables, wires, etc. Thanks for the replies.

Yep, as it was stated above the Heritages are pretty much the max you can go without putting on longer clutch and brake line.

You can rotate the back some but the futher back you rotate the the worse the wrist angle gets.

My Heritage bars stuck out bull-horn like. I got a lower set with more pullback (see sig pic). You might look into the same height bar but with more pullback.

Well I will play around with it a bit and see what I can come up with. A bit harder to change the lean angle due than on other bikes such as softtails though.

I have heritage syle bars with 4" curved pull back risers on my King, had this done at dealership no extra cables or wires needed, 1 hour labor was
charged to add the risers(already had the bars). This
complete set up
will be for sale soon as I am going with apes.

Going with apes, eh? Right on and am anxious to see those

I've followed '09BlueRoadKing threads and have often considered getting risers for my 2009 RKC with Heritage bars. There seems to be plenty of slack in my cables...
