We make our shop covers out of twin sheets. Take three twin sheets sew them together end to end(one sheet on each end of the middle one) to make a long rectangle. Then fold the rectangle in half (one and a half sheets long one sheet high). Sew this along the top only. Thid will give you an envelope that is closed on two sides (the top and front). Just throw it over a bikewith the open end towards the rear. This cover fits all the bikes we've had in the shop to date.

I had a dust cover from Exigent for my FXR, can't complain about anything. I know have a rain cover for my Ultra and it fits like a glove, totally happy with it. I had no problem going back to them after my first cover or buying anotherone in the furture. Give them a call and see if they can help you out.
