Very nice. I am also going to be working on a engine build fo my 04 Deuce instead of buying new. I love the bike so why not keep it and enjoy for a long long time. Already have done my homework and have worked long and hard saving. hope to start in Feb 2012. Ride safe and enjoy the 117"!

Nice job on the build. A well built 117" motor provides excellent performance. Looking at your dyno sheet, I think you're going to have a blast riding it!

It wasn't cheap but is all new except for the cases! around 10K.

I had to buy the crank as my 03 had the stock crank. I had the crank welded and trued along with the Timken upgrade. I think some of these 120R motors are going have issues unless the cranks are welded.
