What will my teke off 2012 fork tubes/sliders fit? will they fit a 2001 road king?

Sliders going back through time look very similar, but the mounting brackets change with every different brake set-up. So as a simple rule if a bike has the same calipers, they will swap.

Added later! That 2001 bike will probably have 1" axles, the 2012 has 25mm, so that is a further snag.
