Lets see your beverage holder

So, what is everyone using for a beverage holder and where did you mount it?
I have a 2004 Ultra and need to find a place to carry a large coffee/bottled water without spending some ungodly amount of $$$$ from the dealer for what looks like a chrome plated plastic cup holder.
I'm sure there has to be a decent cup holder out there somewhere, I just can't seem to find it... your suggestions will be appreciated

I have dual Hog Troughs with locking covers for my lowers. I found them on Ebay for $60! Ka-ching! Who says you can't get good deals on ebay?
I like them so much I bought a removable one that mounts on the rear speaker pod for Momma....
100% made in America! I met the guy who makes these at Sturgis.
I don't have a good picture of Momma's drink holder...

I'd guess you had to reinforce the snap-on vinyl cover to make it strong enough to stay attached??? I've been thinking about doing something like this and have cut out a piece of aluminum in the shape of the OEM door, have black vinyl to cover it, but am not sure how I'm going to attach it after covered.
