Default SE Street Performance exhaust questions

The shark tank has a new member... I just picked up my new '12 FLTRX last weekend. I am considering putting on Harleys SE Street Performance exhaust. I plan to replace the head pipes as well but probably not till the end of next summer. HD's part number is 80732-09. I've been trying to search different threads on these cans and found someone talking about harley part #s ending with 09 being more restrictive than 10#s because of the cats in the 10+ models header. Is this true? Are the newer(10) HD exhausts less restrictive than the previous years?? The '12 catalog still lists the part number as -09.

Second question... I'm seeing a lot of CVO touring take-off exhausts for sale on EBAY. They appear to be the 4" SE Street Performance exhausts. Is that what the CVO oem touring exhausts are?? Thanks for any incite.
