Anything assembled with Loc-Tite is going to be hard to get off. That is why we use it in the 1st place. If you take a small butane hand torch and heat the area of the threads where Loc-Tite was applied slightly, it will come apart much easier. 350F us usually enough for Red, take care not to overheat!
Finally, I gave in, and used a 24" pipe wrench on the socket, and hung a 6' section of galvanized fence post off the wrench as a cheater bar, and got that bitch off.
I have the 30T and 68T waiting on some time to do the install....the bolt is a counter clock wise removal right....there was some confusion there for a while that said depending on this ot that it could be threaded either way. Got an 07 ultra.
