Default Front Brakes FLHTC

Is it just me or do the front brakes don't seem to stop the bike as well as the rear brakes. You supposed to get upwards to 70% stopping power from the front, but I have to really squeeze the front brakes for them to really slow the bike, unlike the rear. And the front has dual disk.

Do others feel the same?

What year...if it's 07 or older then you need different pads than stock....Try Lyndall or EBC pads...check you rotors too.... if they are too thin it will make a difference....i just changed mine...

Nope! My front brakes are awesome. I wonder if your pads have ever been contaminated with oil, grease, wax, polish, or the like? If they have, replace them and clean the rotors.

In 09 the Brembo changed the game...if they don't brake good, then like the guy above said...

What year? I replaced 2003 stock with Brembo rotors and pads. Two finger braking now.

Newer brembo brakes are great, but even front brakes on my 2003 Ultra were a lot better than the rear for stopping power.
