Google is your friend.
Found the headlight on the HD website for the part number. Did a search for search for instructions for that number, found the Harley part numbers for the bulbs.
Did a search for those part numbers came up with the following.
Low beam replacement bulb Harley # 68881-01 = H11
High beam replacement bulb Harley # 68096-04 = H8

The first version of the dual halogen lamp came with H8 35w / H11 35w combination of bulbs.
I just upgraded my Road King to the new version dual halogen light and it came with a H11 55w lowbeam and H9 65w high beam bulb.
You can modify the H9 65w bulb by trimming the base slightly and it will fit in the low beam section of the housing. The H9 has almost double the light output of the H11.
I used two H9 65w Hella bulbs, If I remember correctly they were called super blue bulbs. They are not blue at all, but put out extremely white light.
The H9 65w in the low beam made a big difference. It puts out much more light and I have not been flashed by any oncoming traffic.
As with any headlight make sure it is ajusted properly.
