Ive been watching those funnels....I was gonna use a liter bottle next time but if i see it at NAPA when I pup my vehicle filters I may buy one. My oil cooler makes it tough to get under the filter with the adapter. I was going to puncture the end next rotation to see how much easier it is.....its always a challenge when the filter is at that angle.

It seems like a good idea..I've tried about everything out there and it generally is always still a mess, one way or another.. I almost really don't mind letting a wrench do this for $30 bux.

It is lead, coated with rubber. That product has been passed around the forum before. It still leaks at the filter, same as tin foil or part of a plastic bottle.

Looks like it would work pretty good to fill the primary also. Another item to put on my Christmas list.

I like it. But, it'd have to be pretty cheap for me to replace the one I made for free out of a used 2-liter soda bottle.
