Default Can anyone recommend any good Chroming companies?

Want to get my handle bars re-chromed don't want to just drop them off at a random place, the internal wiring is a bitch, so doing this over is not an option. Looking for good chroming in the Charlotte N.C. area. Called the dealer, seems they haven't found anyone either, any help would be great.

***** Shiny. Exchange program with excellent reputation and reasonably priced. He sends you his chrome parts and you send him your stock parts in return. I don't know if he carries handlebars though.

Chromemasters, hands down, I had the chrome on my 67 HD/Aermacchi Sprint done there, it is the best chrome I have ever seen!! Almost too good for the bike...LOL
You can send them a pic of your parts, and they will give you a quote by email.
The pricing was very decent for the quality you get!
I will never use another chromer!

Another vote for Chromemasters in TN. Turn around time is fast and work is excellent. I've had them chrome a few HD parts and they chromed all of my 66' SS Chevy II parts.

Brown's Plating Services has been around a long time and are professionals when it come to chrome plating motorcycle parts. I've used them several times in the past.

I haven't used them yet but another member here recommended http://www.stlplating.com/ in a similar post I had started. They have a price list on their site, I did call them and felt comfortable enough that I will be sending my parts to them. Right now they are running on about a 3 week turn around and once the snow flies and they get a rush of business it could change. They've been around for 58 years and have some good prices. Give them a call they'll explain the entire process as far as shipping, quoting, and turn around etc.
