Update
I already missed my own target for first batch completion, and I know you guys are wondering what's up. I just got my custom shear parts back from heat treatment yesterday evening, I have to finish grinding the cutting edges and set it up to start stamping out the round stainless mesh covers. Just as soon as I get this shear into operation I will notify all the first batch guys and provide a product link for HD Forum members only, that will apply the member discount. after that I will be shipping within a few days. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Okay, I missed those photos before. The cooler adapter on antique bikes like my '07 fit different than the newer ones, and the t'stat is oriented more downward with little clearance between it at the VR. The VR may need to be moved out of the way, but that isn't hard. I wonder if snap-ring pliars would work on the t'stat. I think so if it isn't in too tight.
