BTW the second batch is completely reserved now, but I'm looking at a much quicker build time once I get the fan housings done by CNC. Just wanted to let you know whats going on, heading back to the shop.
Sounds good, but just don't work yourself to death

Enjoy life, ride the scoot, drink a cold one (brewski, water, sode or whatever)

Excellent timing, been in the garage since 0700, heard a ding on the phone so I took a break to answer a PM. I'm fixin to take a ride to grab a bite and some tools. Coming along good though, I'll take the first batch to paint this afternoon or first thing in the morn, will celebrate a little when I hit that benchmark.

Please add me to the list. I'm sure my Triglide will benefit.

Default Break time

Well we're ready for paint, I'm sure somebody will count and note 23 instead of 25, I got a couple oops to fix in the morning but they are going to the powder coater tomorrow. Pretty much figured out most of the production issues, and I got some tooling on the way to help speed things up. Also going to make some better spatter shields and final weld fixture. Time for a beer or 12.

Dropped off the first 25 yesterday, gonna be about 10 days at paint shop, still shooting to get them pushed out by 1st week of May. In the mean time I will be prepping all assembly components, and start machine work on the next 25. I just ordered parts from the CNC shop, about 2 weeks for the first run, but future assemble will be greatly accelerated. TedMan brought it to my attention that I need to incorporate a fuse, so I ordered the fuseholders last weekend also. Reservations are well into the third batch now, Thanks to all, soon as I get some money back from this first run, then I can really start to get things rolling.
