I set up the Wards fans with LeNale fan, wired them all together, tied the thermostat so all three fans will turn on and off, went riding today, shut the engine off, it ran for about 4 minutes before the temperature was below 219. I feel I"m one cool guy ,sorry Sarge!Name: photobucket-38606-1374965757483_zpsad22a187.jpg

Nice. You might want to look for a different thermal switch that will handle the combined load, right now you have the switch maxed out, it won't last long.

As a long time user of the Lenale fan. My current one has been on two rides with a lot of miles.
I have to say that is one wild setup. Do you change lanes when they come on.

I put epoxy where the wires come into the motor, vibrations in the past broke the wiring, I fixed my Lenale fan from breaking.
I think since they were manual the heat buildup had something to do with the wiring failure.

That's like using a fire hose to put out a cigarette:-). I'll stick with my FCS alone

Well............

I came upon this thread while looking up info on overheating. After reading through about a third of this thread I figured this was definitely a product looking into..... After getting through over half I couldn't stand it any more. I ordered up the thermostat and the FCS setup. I really wish I had run across this a couple months ago. After cooking my motor a couple weeks ago I'm hoping to not have a repeat. Thank you Jason and all the customers for all the contributions on this thread.
