Default Saddlebag Water Bottle Holder

I added the red roll bar so I can use my Saddlebag Guard Bag and Water Bottle Holder for Touring Models. It's functional but frankly takes away from look of my new SG. I liked the look on my older Ultra but for some reason now takes away from the Merlot Sunglo color. Most likely I'll use them during longer rides.

Maybe I should do a search but what is the red roll bar? My cousin wants this same set up as you when on longer trips using the saddlebag guard/bottle holder. Thanks in advance.

I've been thinking about getting a pair of those for my King. But I can't get over the idea that anything cold is gonna get hot pretty fast.

I fill mine up with crushed ice buy the time your ready for a drink it's melted and cold. Pain in the butt to get back in the holder going 60-70mph

Use mine all the time. I have the one with the bottle and the one on the other side for storage. Very handy. I replaced the plastic water bottle with a 16 once thermos bottle I believe made by contigo which has a nice lid that opens and closes with your thumb or fingers. In the morning I put a large coffee in it and it stays Hot for miles. In the afternoon I put ice and water or a soft drink in it and it stays cold for hours.

Find an old 3-ring binder -- The cheapest, colored plastic, 39-cent POS at Walgreen's or something (or some other ~1mm flexible plastic piece of some sort) and cut it to fit the inside of that curve, all the way down. Mine is 6-7/8 "around" and 7-1/8 "deep" -- Keeps it (oh geez... how do I say "round and stiff" without sounding like I'm in the wrong forum?) ---

Keeps it's shape well at high speeds.
