2009 Harley Touring models:
Here is a dyno chart for the 2009 Touring that shows the gains from the Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipe directly compared to the stock head pipe. This test was done on the same bike on the same day. This bike was equipped with Jackpot Dyno tuned mufflers, Stage 1 air cleaner, and Dynojet PC-V
No sir, you see the topic very clearly for what it is. Major "restriction" that catalyst is, huh?

I think you got it, 09 head pipe has different O2 sensor placement but that's about it.

I just purchased a 12 FLHXSE3 CVO street glide. Had a 09 SG before and the heat is insane coming from the stock headpipe vs. my old bike. So my question is this, if I gut the cat do I need to tune the bike or will it be ok without a tune?

I am thinking about the fullsac x pipe paired with some CFR's wonder how hard it would be to get a tune for that combo?

Might as well do the intake the same time and get a tuner from Fuel Moto and that baby will be good to go. I'm gonna hold off until my warranty is up next Fall and probably do the full Stage 1 and some cams to wake up the 103. It runs fine now but close to 100 hp with cams would be fun. My Yamaha Stratoliner was right at 100 hp, it was a blast.

Having run a stock catted headpipe on my 2013 then gutting it and using the same mufflers, there is a better flow. My fuel device needed to have the percentage of fuel added LOWERED.

I'm thinkin just gut the stock head pipe (or buy a gutted one off fle-bay), $450-$500 for a header that only delivers +1.33HP & +4.33TQ over a gutted stock! I ain't drinking that Kool Aid!
