Anybody have a good starting point for the Race Tech gold valve on a '12 SG? I had the HD lowering kit and it rode terrible. Changed seats so I no longer need that extra inch and am looking to set up the gold valves with the stock springs mostly for ride(bad back). I have the SE hd and xhd oil and the kit came with a 64# and 40# spring on the valve.

Since this is the first time I am setting up these valves I am comepletely open to suggestions. Oh, my Mustang seat has a 220# load on it and I ride 90+% solo.

I used the search both here and google, went to race tech website, and even read the instructions that was only a single sheet of paper.
