Depending on the time of year, I ride 2-3 days a week to work, which is about 40 miles r/t. I am able to ride all year, but tend to ride less when it's 105° or more because it just isn't a pleasant thing to do. I am on call for work every other weekend, so on the off weekends I try to get in at least a 200 mile ride.

I usually do one big 2500+ mile ride a year. This past August I rode to the southern Oregon Coast, 3600 miles r/t.
