13 Ultra Limited. Had to lower a bit after knee surgery so I could still ride.

I never had the intention of converting my EGU into a SG. It was more of a therapy thing after the breakup of a long time relationship. I turned "our glide" into a "my glide". The therapy worked and the new look and lower center of gravity were an added bonus.

After removing the TP, I did the RK rear signal bar and plate swap. I also exchanged the bag guards for black comfort guards and powder-coated the front engine guards. I added SE CVO slip-ons, RG front fender, and SG take off wheels. The SG wheels were added because they were partially black and I never really cared for the original turbine wheels.

Next time, I'll just stay single and buy a SG.

Although I took the tour pack off, I still wanted it to be an Ultra (after all that's what it is), but I wanted it to be a modified Ultra. I decided to keep it bulky and heavy, so that there is no misunderstanding that it was still an Ultra. But it has upgraded suspension, brakes, bars etc... to set it apart from a typical UC.

Keep it true to it's model and make it your own and you find it more appealing as will others. JMO

I'm putting a 113ci kit in this winter. I will be able to pull the front wheel off the ground about 8 inches shifting into 3rd gear (sleeper).
Was your tour pack hard wired with the lights and speakers? What did you do/use to rewire the tour pack into the side? I want to basically do what you did, keep it what it is but just make the tour pack detachable. There are a lot of wires due to the lights. I have a 2008

Thanks.
