Default Who wants to play the HP/TQ guessing game?

Doing a little engine work this winter, going from a Stage 1 96 to a Stage 3 103. I'm going to have it dynoed before and after. Anybody want to guess the results?

Gotta be a tad bit more specific. What cams, pipes, tuner, compression, valve size are you using? Our 103 kits put down 115 115 pretty consistently.

As it sits: 96" with S/E high flow air cleaner, rush slip-ons w/1.75" baffle
Going to: S/E 103 Stage 3 which comes as 10.5:1 compression, 259 cams, will be using same air filter assembly and switching to Rinehart true duals with 4" mufflers

Without headwork I would guess around 86 to 90 HP and 102 - 106 TRQ. But I still don't know what tuner you are using.

the screamin eagle catalogue claims this set up has the potential to reach up to 98 hp.....and 108 foot pounds.....im assuming thats with a 2 into 1 exaust...but thats with no head work either.....same set-up i have on my bike.......but have to wait til i get some miles on my bike til i can get it dynoed and tuned.....

HD motor specs are notoriously optimistic!

I think you should get the heads ported and polished and open the real potential of the build.
