Who wants to play the HP/TQ guessing game?

Not always peak, I should clear up, let's use this sheet again from this 103 build. We'll only worry about the blue and red lines. the only difference between the 2 is headwork, that's it. The HP gain 10 peak, the TRQ only gained 5 peak, but look closer at the TRQ line and you'll see it kept gaining from 3500 RPM's on, at around 5200 RPM's or so it's gaining 10 over the build without headwork, and it still keeps gaining on it. The bike in this exapmle has stock head pipes, so on a bike with better pipes the gains would be even better. I've tuned a ton of bikes, but unfortunately, these types of comparisons are hard to come by, usually when someone comes in and wants headwork, they are having other work done along with it (cams, larger bore, etc.) This is one of the only examples I can show where the only change was the heads, everything else remained the same.

Absolutely. We tune pretty much all of them. Mainly the SEPST, SERT and TTS, but we have tuned a ton of PC's, Thundermax, and others as well. Just let me know. I tuned a few bikes for forum members from Michigan in the past 2 years. Maybe some will see this and chime in.

the screamin eagle catalogue claims this set up has the potential to reach up to 98 hp.....and 108 foot pounds.....im assuming thats with a 2 into 1 exaust...but thats with no head work either.....same set-up i have on my bike.......but have to wait til i get some miles on my bike til i can get it dynoed and tuned.....
