I don't have Yaffe's kit but I do have 2 Rockford amps, 2 sets of 6.5 Rockford speakers, and 1 rockford component system on my Road Glide. 6 speakers + 2 tweeters blowing your head off. I have less than 600$ in the whole system. I haven't even turned the volume up to or beyond the half way mark.
141_starlifter here on the forum makes a super nice wiring kit for a incredibly reasonable price for the rockford amps. I built my own harnesses and looking back on it my time would have been worth the little amount of money he wanted for his harness.

Out of curiosity, why do you say that? I have no experience with Hawg Wired personally but I hear great things about their products. However the rockford amps are tons cheaper, usually put out 80-85 watts RMS, but aren't "plug-n-play" like a Hawg Wired amp.

LOL, I like Hawg wired and have it in my bike at the present time, I installed the Rockford amp in my wifes bike, the Rockford amp cost about 1/3 the price of the Hawg wired, and has more output. I've had the Hawgwired for 4 years, and the Rockford for about 5 months, so I don't know about time, but as far a performance so far I really like the Rockford.

Hawg wired I believe is a better product. Rockford is about a 1/4 of the price. that being said. Rockford would be worth it to save some coin. but I really like the clarity of the hawg wired stuff. I have not used the RF amp yet. but in my car audio experience the Rockford stuff wasn't my favorite. hopefully the release of this Rockford amp will put Hawg Wireds prices in check. and the will become more affordable.
