Whadaya think of the bag 'extentions' ???

EBAY has the bottoms for $199,...............and these guys that have black bikes can get em painted for $200. That $400, the 'full' price of the Cyclesmiths.

The spectrum of extended bags ranges from $ 199 to $ 800, for some reason.

You think it would be kinda hard to beat an ABS 'HD knockoff' for $199.

But then again,.........nothin's cheap !!

When talking about things like this...quality means everything. Going with the cheapest usually results in regret. If they're real wavy, then the body shop costs go way up, as they have to be block sanded smooth, and have to put a bunch of mud in the sides.

Best to buy the highest quality you can find, or just stay with the stock bags, IMHO.

I have the chrome set on my road king. Obviously I like them.

looks different, interesting but not my taste. For extensions, i prefer CVO ones

Not my cup of tea but if anything, I like the contrast cut style over the all chrome.
