Ok couple comments. To the original post I say good choice and welcome as well. I myself am a new(er) owner and love mine too. Although it's a police, it's still a king.

I'm enjoying mine... especially now that I removed the restrictive cat and replaced with ceramic coated head pipes and complete Stage One.

Do it when you have the time, money and inclination. It'll take away most of the excessive heat and give the bike a 'lift' and a 'bark'.

 

Glock: nice bike! Congrats. Hey: which sissy bar and pad do you have? The angle, size, etc. look right, and I'm in the market.

 

I keep looking, but I haven't found any motorcycle I like more than the RKC.
