as far as stock colors go.....black denim is the best i think........but im lookikng forward to repainting ( custom ) in a couple years

The SG is the only tourer offered in denim black for 12 correct? Also, to anyone adding a tourpack or lowers, are they HD color matched or are you painting them to match? Thanks.

 

i just recently put on a tourpak (detachable), and have had the lowers for over a year. in both cases, i bought them from hd color matched. the denim black lowers were actually cheaper than the vivid black ones (by about $40)

 

Don't know what the first year was for denim black but the FLHT was the only bagger offered that color in 2009. Very happy to own one ....

Love my Black Denim FLHX. I had a FatBoy Lo that was black denim as well. The fat boy was perfect in BD. The FLHX looks great too, only exception is there is almost too much real estate BD. I am thinking of breaking it up a little bit with some subtle Grey and Red Pinstriping. If only I could find someone decent around here
