Probably bought the motor had it installed without buying the other $3000.00 of parts to make it run right. Now they are wishing they'd left there bike alone when it ran fine with just a stage 1. Less the parts upgrades the 120r needs you could cause more reliability issues than it is worth.
Less gas mileage, bike not running right because of the lack of upgrades to make it run correct, could be to much power for the rider to feel comfortable. Could be trying to sell bike for more than it's worth because it has a 120r in it, and get something more cruiser friendly? You could speculate all day as to why.

I'm intersted in the hydralic clutch arrangement the CVO bikes come with from the factory....would be necessary with the clutch this setup requires.
